As part of the Corporate Communications team, you’ll support the planning and delivery of high-impact communications across some of Westpac’s most important enterprise priorities. From organisational strategy and performance through to enterprise-wide events like Forums and online all-ins, you’ll help bring clarity to where we’re heading and what it means for our people.

You’ll play a key role in how we communicate about our culture, engagement and employee experience, helping connect our people to the organisation we’re building together and the role they play in delivering great outcomes for our customers.

  • Strong relationship skills, with the confidence to work across a range of stakeholders

  • A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace

  • Experience in video editing is preferred, with production skills to film and edit internal videos
