We promote and protect the company’s interests while enhancing reputation and building trust with creators, partners, investors, and regulators. We work across the company—partnering with leadership, subject matter experts, and other comms functions— to connect dots, amplify positioning and campaigns, mitigate risk, and drive an authentic, positive narrative about who we are. We have an enterprise-wide lens that takes into account developments across the company and multiple stakeholders and audiences.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented communications professional who is eager to grow their career in corporate communications. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to deepen their expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take on increasing levels of responsibility over time. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, highly organized, and excited to learn how communications supports business priorities at scale.
- Work with Corporate Communications leadership to support the execution of strategic communications plans and programs
- Work closely with internal teams, including Public Policy, Legal, and Trust & Safety, to align messaging and ensure consistency across stakeholders.
- Manage media lists, press contacts, department meeting agendas, weekly/monthly reporting, and internal tracking documents.
- Assist with updating and maintaining the corporate website, newsroom, and communications-specific social media channels, including posting content and helping manage ongoing updates.
- Research industry trends, media coverage, and potential opportunities, and share relevant insights with the broader team
- Support media relations efforts, including preparing briefing materials and drafting responses for inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support proactive and reactive communication strategies.
