LAUKOA is looking for a creative, strategic, and collaborative Corporate Communications & Social Media Specialist to help shape the voice of our organization. This is more than a communications role; it's an opportunity to influence how employees, customers, partners, and the public experience our brand every day.

As a key member of our Communications team, you'll bring stories to life, strengthen employee engagement, and build meaningful connections through impactful internal communications, compelling social media campaigns, and consistent brand messaging. Approximately 50% of your time will focus on corporate communications and employee engagement, while the remaining 50% will be dedicated to developing and executing social media strategies that elevate our brand and expand our reach.

Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll transform ideas into clear, engaging communications that inspire confidence, celebrate our people, and support business objectives. Whether you're crafting executive messaging, launching a social media campaign, developing employee communications, or supporting time-sensitive organizational updates, your work will directly contribute to the company's culture, reputation, and continued success.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, creative storyteller, strategic communicator, and organized project manager who enjoys balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality communications across a variety of platforms. If you're passionate about creating content that informs, engages, and inspires — and you're excited to make a visible impact within a growing organization — we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid position open to candidates residing anywhere in Colorado, with occasional travel to the Denver office for collaboration, planning meetings, leadership sessions, and team events.
