A lot of people think health insurance could be better. At Wellmark, we agree.

That’s why we’re working to make health care coverage more affordable, easier to access, and simpler to use - so the people we serve get the care they need with confidence.

As Corporate Communications Manager – Digital & Measurement, you will play a key role in shaping how we show up across digital channels using data, insights, and storytelling to build and protect our brand reputation, strengthen engagement, and connect with the people we serve. You will develop and execute strategies for Wellmark’s social and digital corporate communications channels, ensuring content is aligned to brand voice, business priorities, and regulatory expectations. You’ll also lead how we measure and communicate the impact of corporate communications, translating data into clear insights and recommendations that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. You will partner across Corporate Communications and with stakeholders throughout the organization to monitor conversations, manage issues, and elevate opportunities to engage meaningfully with our audiences. This role brings together strategy, content creation, digital channel management, and performance measurement to deliver integrated communications that support business objectives and strengthen trust in Wellmark’s brand. As a strategic partner, you’ll help connect insights to drive action while contributing to a cohesive and consistent narrative across channels.

The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator who is equally passionate about storytelling and measurement. You are a skilled content creator and communicator, comfortable writing, producing, and optimizing content across channels to engage diverse audiences while maintaining alignment with brand voice and standards. You have a strong understanding of how digital ecosystems work - from social media and SEO to analytics and emerging technologies - and you continuously explore new approaches to improve reach and effectiveness. You’re a collaborative partner who builds strong relationships across teams and navigates complex, fast-paced environments with confidence. You’re proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. You approach challenges with curiosity and professionalism, bring thoughtful recommendations forward, and use data and insights to guide decisions. Above all, you bring a customer-centered mindset, strong communications acumen, and a passion for using digital strategy, measurement, and storytelling to create meaningful impact for the people and communities Wellmark serves.
