  • Establish effective working relationships quickly and provide strategic communications counsel and execution support to leaders of assigned business functions, including facilitating meaningful, two-way communication across levels of the company.
  • Proactively identify business needs and present creative communications ideas and recommendations using a wide-variety of communication tools and channels.
  • Translate established company and functional narratives into clear, audience-appropriate communications, partnering with other members of the Corporate Communications team to ensure coordinated delivery across channels, including the intranet, newsletters, LinkedIn and digital signage.
  • Develop, edit and distribute communications materials for assigned business functions, ensuring corporate messages reach relevant stakeholder audiences in a timely, transparent, accurate and consistent way.
  • Use audience insights and channel performance data to shape communications recommendations and evaluate the effectiveness across frontline, office, retail and remote employee audiences.
  • Support and execute TCCA’s established LinkedIn strategy, coordinating with key functions across the business as needed.
  • Project manage the development of TCCA’s Stewardship Report, including establishing and maintaining the project timeline, coordinating cross-functional contributors, gathering and shaping report content, facilitating reviews and approvals, and partnering with internal and external resources to support production and delivery.
  • Lead or support company-wide employee events and meetings during the assignment, including manufacturing plant summits, Town Halls and other priority events. Provide communications and event expertise to other meeting hosts as needed.
  • Manage assigned project and event budgets responsibly and in alignment with established Corporate Communications plans.
  • Travel regularly between TCCA facilities for events and meetings, relationship-building and staying informed about new initiatives and projects.
