Job Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Corporate Communications Manager to shape and protect the reputation of a UK-based business. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll manage internal and external communications, craft key messages, and ensure consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the corporate communications strategy across internal and external channels
  • Draft press releases, executive communications, and thought leadership content
  • Manage media relations and respond to press enquiries
  • Oversee internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Monitor brand reputation and develop crisis communication protocols

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years in a corporate communications or PR role
  • Outstanding written English with an ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Experience managing media relations and working with senior executives
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

  • Salary: R29,000 per month
  • Full-time, permanent remote position
  • Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
  • Equipment provided | 20 days paid leave
