Description

The Corporate Communications Team leads the strategic development and delivery of corporate communications for Lockton UK and Europe. The team protects and enhances the firm’s reputation, strengthens executive and employer brand positioning, and ensures clear, consistent communication with colleagues, the media, and external stakeholders.

The Corporate Communications Manager plays a central role in shaping and delivering both internal and external communications. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, the role supports business growth, builds client trust, drives employee engagement, and strengthens Lockton’s profile.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering integrated corporate communications strategies, partnering with senior leaders
  • Designing and delivering internal communication plans that inform, engage and motivate colleagues
  • Managing relationships with media and public relations
  • Crisis communications
  • Stakeholder engagement both internal and external
  • Performance monitoring


Candidate Profile

We would like you to have the following experience:

  • Bachelors degree in a related subject
  • Extensive experience in corporate, internal and/or external communications, or related roles
  • Experience across both internal and external communications is desirable. Candidates with stronger experience in one discipline are also encouraged to apply
  • A background in professional, legal, or financial services, or in complex international matrixed organisations, is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and delivery capability
  • Effective project and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable using digital workplace tools and communication platforms
  • Ability to manage high pressure situations and complex reputational issues
