Job Description

Corporate Communications & Content
• Support the conceptualization, planning and development of a coffee table book, including:
o Content ideation and structuring
o Basic research and interviews (where applicable)
o Coordination of visuals, captions and layouts with internal teams or vendors
• Assist in drafting and refining written content for event materials and publications.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
• Assist in the planning and coordination of CSR volunteering activities with seniors, including:
o Programme planning and activity flow
o Liaison with community partners
o On-site support during volunteering sessions (eg. Photography and videography)
o Draft social media post
• Help document CSR activities through simple write-ups, photos and post-event summaries.
Events & Programme Management
• Support event planning and execution for key corporate events such as:
o PSA Golf Invitational
o HYC Scholarship Awards Ceremony
Assist with
o Overall programme flow and run-of-show
o Preparation of event collaterals (e.g. invitations, collations of RSVPs, presentation decks)
o Event-day coordination and logistics support
General Support
• Provide administrative and coordination support across communications, CSR and events projects as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months (part-time options may be considered).
- Proficient in video filming and editing.
- Skilled in content creation and design of marketing collaterals.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
