This senior leader’s ultimate responsibility is for the health and prosperity of his/her team and capability (sector/practice) as well as being a major contributor to the overall strategic imperatives. Senior leaders have four primary areas of focus:
1. People: Responsible for the engagement level and subject matter expertise of team members; strength of relationship/integration with other leaders in the Japan office and connectivity with the company's network (APAC regional and global).
2. Client: Responsible for the growth and profitability of his/her team and assesses by how often this leader is part of (either leading or as a contributing member) integrated teams. We also assess client service based on client satisfaction surveys and internal and industry awards.
3. New business: Senior leaders are expected to play a significant role in leading and winning new business. We assess leaders based on the win rate of new business, size of new business won and alignment with our strategic imperatives.
4. IP/Marketing: We want to elevate awareness of the company's capabilities in our network (internal) and the Japan and expect each leader to conduct one piece of thought leadership on behalf of the company on a quarterly basis.
