Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Next Generation Media, Digital Reputation & Analytics Management

  • Leverage AI-driven tools and digital analytics for real-time media monitoring, sentiment tracking, and issue detection.
  • Identify reputational risks proactively and develop early-warming systems for crisis prevention.
  • Manage corporate digital presence across external platforms (website, social media, digital channels).
  • Utilize data insifhts to optimize communication effectiveness and audience engagement strategies.
  • Implement a rapid-response framework to handle crisis in real-time.

2. Corporate Communication System Tools & Platform Governance

  • Manage and optimize corporate communication-related systems and platforms (e.g. corporate website CMS, internal communication platforms, social media tools, media monitoring tools, and content management systems).
  • Ensure smooth operation, integration, and governance of digital communication tools across departments.
  • Drive platform efficiency, user experience improvement, and digital workflow optimization.
  • Act as key coordinator between communication, IT, and external vendors for system enhancement and troubleshooting.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives for corporate communication infrastructure.

3. Agile Crisis Communication & Corporate Reputation Protection

  • Develop and maintain a rapid-response crisis communication framework.
  • Lead real-time communication management during repurational, product, or operational crises.
  • Utilize digital and multimedia formats (short videos, social content, interactive communication) for effective message delivery.
  • Ensure consistent, transparent, and trust-building communication across all stakeholders.

4. Innovetive Corporate PR & CSR Activation

  • Design and implement innovative corporate PR and CSR campaigns aligned with cultural and societal trends.
  • Integrate global sustainability and ESG priorities into communication strategies.
  • Develop purpose-driven initiatives that engage Gen Z and Millennials.
  • Strengthen corporate storytelling to enhance brand purpose and social impact visibility.

5. Digital-First Internal Cimmunication & Employee Advocacy

  • Lead digital transformation of internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, employee apps, social-stype cimmunication tools).
  • Strengthen employee engagement through content-driven and interactive communication strategies.
  • Promote employee advocacy and employer branding through digital storytelling and engagement programs.
  • Ensure alignment between internal culture, leadership messaging, and external corporate communication.

6. Modern CSR & ESG Strategy with a Youth Perspective

  • Reimagine CSR initiatives into innovative, action-oriented, and community-driven programs.
  • Integrate sustainability narratives into both internal and external communication strategies.
  • Utilize data and insights to measure CSR impact and optimize future initiatives.
  • Strengthen ESG communication to enhance corporate credibility and stakeholder trust.

Key Qualifications:

  • Crisis readiness with ability to respond to urgent media or reputational issues outside standard working hours when required.
  • Strong resilience and composure under pressure, with ability to provide structured solutions in high-stakes environments.
  • Strong digital, media, and system literacy, including familiarity with AI-driven PR tools, social media platforms, and corporate communication systems.
  • Flexibility to support sorporate events, media briefings, and CSR initiatives, including occasional off-hours participation.

Skills:

  • Excellent English reading and writing skills for corporate communication.
  • Strong Chinese writing ability for PR, corporate messaging, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience of familiarity with digital platforms, CMS, or corporate system tools is highly preferred.
