Job Category: Corporate CommunicationsThe Oklahoma City Thunder is seeking a part-time Corporate Communications Associate to support the team's off-court business, community relations, media, and public relations efforts. In this role, you will assist with the creation and distribution of game-day credentials for media and other guests. You will also provide administrative and logistical support for department initiatives and special projects.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional sports while supporting the Corporate Communications team during Thunder home games and through other projects as needed.

- Provide administrative and logistical support in the office and at event locations
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing, editing, and grammar
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of the NBA and basketball is a plus
Additional Details:
This is a part-time hourly position reporting to the Manager, Corporate Communications. The primary work location is the Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City. The work schedule will include all Thunder home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with office hours as needed. This position will not exceed 30 hours per week. Physical requirements include bending and moderate lifting of up to approximately 25 pounds. While this is primarily an office-based role, some in-arena work is required and may include exposure to loud music, crowd noise, and flashing or strobe lighting.
