Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates
- Document customer interactions accurately within company systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
- Partner with internal departments to resolve complex customer concerns
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and current promotions
- Deliver a positive, professional experience with every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with computers and customer management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
