Job Description

Job Location: Sheboygan SP - Sheboygan, WI 53081We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Corporate Branding Assistant to support the development, execution, and maintenance of our company’s visual brand identity across all platforms.
This role blends high-level graphic design with brand stewardship and administrative coordination, particularly supporting trade shows, marketing initiatives, and corporate communications.
The ideal candidate is both creative and highly organized, someone who can design compelling visual materials while ensuring brand consistency and managing the logistical details that support marketing operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Brand & Graphic Design
•    Design and produce branded marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, flyers, advertisements, signage, banners, and trade show graphics
•    Develop digital assets for email campaigns, website updates, and social media platforms
•    Maintain and enforce corporate brand standards across all internal and external materials
•    Create production-ready files for print and large-format vendors
•    Design and format executive-level PowerPoint presentations
•    Prepare layout-heavy documents in InDesign and Word
•    Edit and retouch photography using Photoshop
•    Create vector graphics, icons, diagrams, and illustrations using Illustrator
•    Assist in the evolution and refinement of brand guidelines and templates
Corporate Branding Support
•    Ensure visual consistency across departments and communications
•    Maintain branded templates for presentations, proposals, reports, and marketing collateral
•    Support internal teams with formatting and brand alignment
•    Organize and maintain digital asset libraries
•    Collaborate with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with visual identity
Tradeshow & Event Coordination
•    Research, coordinate, and register for trade shows and industry events
•    Manage exhibitor portals, deadlines, and required documentation
•    Coordinate booth graphics, signage, promotional materials, and vendor communications
•    Track event budgets and expenses using Excel
•    Organize shipping logistics for booth materials and marketing collateral
•    Maintain trade show calendars and timelines
•    Assist with post-event reporting and follow-up marketing materials
Administrative & Marketing Support
•    Track marketing expenses and budgets (Excel proficiency required)
•    Manage vendor communications (printers, promotional suppliers, event coordinators)
•    Maintain inventory of marketing materials and branded merchandise
•    Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation
•    Support cross-functional marketing and operational initiatives
What You Need to Succeed:
Required Skills &

Qualifications
•    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- InDesign (advanced layout)
- Illustrator (vector graphics)
- Photoshop (image editing & retouching)
•    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Excel (tracking, spreadsheets, basic formulas)
- Word (document formatting, branded templates)
- PowerPoint (professional presentation design)
•    Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
•    Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred

Qualifications
•    0-2 years of professional graphic design experience
•    Experience supporting corporate branding initiatives
•    Trade show or event coordination experience
•    Experience with large-format print production
•    Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools
