Step into the role of Corporate Banking Ops - Change and Governance Execution at Barclays, where you'll provide first-class support by conducting in-depth due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding our clients and organization with expertise and care.

Drive internal governance discipline to ensure preventive checks on colleague adherence to policies and controls requirements across functions.
Own the design, production, and enhancement of MI to deliver clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Escalate issues and track remediation to closure with defined accountability.
Support governance forums through structured reporting, insightful analytics, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Drive continuous improvement by refining reporting processes, strengthening data quality, and aligning MI to business priorities.
Role cuts across sub-teams in Corporate and Payments Operations, with high engagement with senior leadership in the organization, appropriate levels of stakeholder management will be essential for the role holder.
Desirable Skillsets:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in generating MI reports.
Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.
Strong expertise in Reporting, Data Crunching, Data Visualization.
