To excel in this role, you'll need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. You'll need to build strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders, and be able to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. By doing so, you'll be able to provide exceptional service to our clients and help drive the growth of our Corporate Banking business.

What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Provide administrative support to the department, including but not limited to:

a. Processing system access requests, cab charge arrangements, card access and logistical coordination for new joiners, as well as managing exit arrangements for departing staff

b. Managing and maintaining the department’s centralized email mailbox, distribution lists and shared folders

c. Tracking and monitoring completion of mandatory courses and training records

d. Performing other administrative and operational duties as required

2. Assist Relationship Manager(s) with financial spreading.

3. Processing payments i.e. invoices, cab charge and vendor creations

4. Support Relationship Manager(s) in operational matters, including tracking of credit reviews, extraction of monthly reports, and monitoring of ad hoc credit facilities.

5. Work closely and collaboratively with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Business Unit, MIS, Client Servicing Team) on business operations support matters.

6. Identify potential risks, discrepancies, or inconsistencies in assigned tasks.

7. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues.

8. Maintain high standards of data accuracy in all reporting and uphold strict client confidentiality.

9. Collate data from various sources and extract relevant information for management reporting purposes.

10. Undertake ad hoc and ancillary responsibilities related to Operations Support as assigned from time to time.

Who you are

  • Possess a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively while meeting deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain effective working relationships with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders.

  • Able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Resourceful, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A team player with strong collaborative skills.

  • Accounting experience would be an added advantage.

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
