Education
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Engineering or technical education background a plus.
License
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with membership in good standing.
Experience
5 to 10 years in a corporate legal department or top law firm. Experience in manufacturing or construction industries a plus

Broad-based legal experience in litigation, environmental, and labor and employment matters.Excellent communication, writing and computer skills.Exceptional administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact directly with internal clients to achieve company goals.Proficient in legal research and analysis.
