Job Description

Elite Sourcing is seeking experienced corporate attorneys with at least 4 years experience for a local firm. These positions have a pay range of $165K-$200K+. A candidate for one of these positions must have:
  • Minimum 4 years experience with: general business and corporate law, and securities
  • Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents, including contracts and agreements
  • Experience with complex business matters
  • Experience with some international business matters
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
  • Excellent negotiation skills to effectively represent the company's interests
