Applicants should have highlyrelevant experience in M&A andcorporate finance and be looking for long-termcareerwiththeMaplesGroup.Candidatesmusthave4- 8year'srelevantpostqualificationexperienceand havecompletedaminimumofa2-yeartrainingcontract.Bothexperienceandtrainingshouldhavebeencompletedwitha leading law firm in Dublin or a major onshore jurisdiction. Outstanding academics are a must but so too is a real understanding of the business of law and an interest in business development.
Candidateswillrequireexperienceinthefollowingkeyareas;M&A,venturecapitalandprivate equityinitscoreareasoffocus. Equity capital markets experience while not essential, will be given added weight.
