The role offers exposure to a broad and well‑balanced corporate practice, including cross‑border private and public M&A, pre‑IPO and post‑listing compliance, Hong Kong Listing Rules advisory work, general corporate and commercial matters, and ongoing advisory work for listed and private companies IPO‑related work forms part of the practice but represents less than one‑third of the overall workload, with a greater emphasis on transactional M&A, corporate structuring, shareholder matters and regulatory compliance. Junior associates work closely with partners and are given early responsibility, enabling strong technical development and meaningful client exposure, including work for overseas clients.
