
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global Am Law 100 law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for an Associate to join its Denver office’s Health Care Practice Group. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters for private equity and other financial sponsor clients, alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team. Job Requirements
Ideal candidates should have experience working with private equity funds, independent sponsors, portfolio companies and founder owned businesses in connection with M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate matters. Candidates should also have experience drafting governing documents, including bylaws, operating agreements and partnership agreements. Candidates should possess a strong academic background and superior drafting skills and must be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, team-oriented, and personable. Candidates must be admitted to the Colorado Bar and should be willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development.
The expected pay range for this position is:
$200,000 - $235,000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
