Nelson Mullins law firm is looking to add a mid- to senior-level energy regulatory associate to its Energy, Environmental and Projects Team. This position is preferably open to the Charlotte, Columbia, D.C., and Houston offices, but is open to any Nelson Mullins office location. You are an energy regulatory attorney with meaningful experience with issues involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) or state utility commissions interested in joining a growing practice serving renewable energy developers, independent power producers, data centers, and private equity firms that will provide the opportunity for quality training and direct client exposure. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills and have strong academic credentials.
