You possess 2 to 5 years of meaningful corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting; emerging company and venture capital experience is strongly preferred You are knowledgeable in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters. With strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you have excelled academically. You are admitted to and in good standing with the Illinois bar.
