Job Description

QUALIFICATION

  • Experience working with OTA platforms (Online Travel Agents) is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Proficiency in using Channel Manager systems for managing online sales channels.
  • Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and verbal.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all property listings, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date across all platforms.
  • Create engaging, informative, and persuasive content to attract potential partners and customers.
  • Handle the implementation of technical online strategies to ensure core website and OTA rankings are optimized for maximum visibility and exposure.
  • Register new properties (onboarding) in the Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and OTA platforms.
  • Manage and update content and promotions across the booking engine and various OTA channels.
  • Conduct weekly connectivity audits to ensure all listings are properly connected and bookable.
  • Monitor and report any technical issues related to the property, PMS, Channel Manager, and OTAs.
  • Provide structured data and insights to support analysis and decision-making processes.
