Role Synopsis
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Asset Development Engineer Intern who accelerates our data needs.
We are open to petroleum, mechanical, and chemical engineering majors. Double-majors in Computer Science would be an excellent plus for this internship role.
Key Accountabilities and Intern Project Scope
Create and discover reservoir development plans, collaborating with the Geoscience team to optimize future well placement and investigate well interventions on existing wells to maximize field value;
Assess patterns and trends in wells using AI tools
Collaborate with Subsurface Technology to optimize well design and maximize value;
Evaluate economics and profitability of potential projects and recommend projects for execution;
Skilled with Aries, Whitson, and MS Office;
Experience with Snowflake, Claude, or Palantir
Experience with PowerBI/Spotfire or other data visualization/analytical tools;
Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills;
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex datasets;
Demonstrated ability to work well in teams;
Reservoir modeling experience is a plus

Minimum Requirements
• A cumulative and major GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Pursuing a degree from a recognized institute of higher learning
• Graduating with a bachelor's degree from December 2027 through May 2029

Travel Requirement:
Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role
