The Opportunity
As Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Business Performance Team Lead you’ll oversee the Business Performance Managers supporting Senior Coverage Leadership and Coverage teams across US CIB Banking. Working closely with the Head of CIB Banking and the CIB Banking Chief Operations Office (COO), you’ll turn strategic priorities into a consistent performance management operating rhythm with clear governance, standardization and action tracking. The role spans pipeline and portfolio activity across sectors and regions and includes ownership of monthly business reviews and executive reporting. You’ll also represent CIB Banking with Global Business, product areas and functions to align priorities and support a coordinated one HSBC approach. Success means high-quality management information, stronger tool adoption and clearer accountability that helps senior leaders make timely decisions.

You’ll set a consistent cadence that improves decision making and creates clearer follow-through across sectors and regions. You’ll also strengthen adoption of frontline tools and management information while reducing low-value manual reporting. If you’re interested in building a high-performing team that enables disciplined execution of strategic priorities, we’d welcome your application.
