  • acting as a key liaison across procurement, finance, legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities
  • serving as Executive Assistant to the Head of Corporate Affairs, including calendar management, travel planning, expenses, meeting logistics, and prepataion for key engagements
  • supporting senior Corporate Affairs leadership with calendar management, travel planning, and preparation for key engagements.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex activities and maintain accurate records
  • communicate clearly and confidently, enabling effective collaboration across teams and functions
  • demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to make decisions aligned with policies and operational guidelines.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
