We are seeking an experienced Corporate Affairs Lead to drive our external relations, government engagement, and corporate communications across Saudi Arabia.
Location: Al Khobar, KSA
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
This is a strategic role responsible for protecting and enhancing our corporate reputation while ensuring strong alignment with regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations in the Kingdom.
Role Purpose
The Corporate Affairs Lead is responsible for managing the company’s external relations, government interactions, corporate communications, and reputation in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures alignment with local regulations, stakeholder expectations, and supports business growth through effective engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government & Regulatory Affairs
- Build and maintain relationships with government entities, regulators, and authorities (e.g., ministries, municipalities, licensing bodies)
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on impact
- Ensure compliance with local laws, Saudization requirements, and licensing
- Support approvals, permits, and official documentation
2. Stakeholder & External Relations
- Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders
- Manage relationships with:
- Government agencies
- Industry bodies
- Strategic partners
- Represent the company in meetings, forums, and events
3. Corporate Communications
- Develop and manage external communication strategy
- Oversee:
- Press releases
- Media relations
- Public announcements
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand and corporate positioning
4. Reputation & Crisis Management
- Protect and enhance the company’s corporate image
- Handle sensitive issues or reputational risks
- Lead communication during crisis situations
5. ESG & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Drive CSR initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030
- Ensure compliance with ESG expectations (if applicable)
- Build positive brand perception within the community
6. Internal Advisory
- Advise leadership on:
- Political and regulatory landscape
- Market entry strategies
- Risk mitigation
- Work closely with HR, Legal, and Business Leaders
Key Requirements
- Experience:
- 8–15 years in corporate affairs, government relations, or communications
- Strong experience in Saudi Arabia (essential)
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Political Science, Law, or similar

- Excellent communication (Arabic & English preferred)
