WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Stakeholder & Government Relations:

1. • Develop and manage relationships with government agencies, regulators, industry associations, and other key external stakeholders.
   • Coordinate with other related departments to support implementation of business plan and increase sales revenue in key account.

2. Corporate Communications:

2. • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies in line with company values and goals.
   • Serve as a spokesperson or prepare leadership for media interviews and public speaking engagements.
   • Manage crisis communication and reputation risk issues proactively.

3. Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs:

3. • Analyze and provide recommendations on public policy issues relevant to the company.
   • Work with legal, compliance, and business teams to advocate for favorable business environments.

4. CSR & Sustainability:

4. • Lead or oversee Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives aligned with company values and business priorities.
   • Build partnerships with NGOs, communities, and other partners to drive impact.

5. Executive Support:

5. • Provide strategic counsel to the President Director on corporate affairs, media strategy, policy risks, and stakeholder dynamics.
   • Prepare high-level briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for the President Director.
   • Act as an ambassador of the President Director’s office when dealing with external high-level stakeholders.

6. Internal Coordination:

6. • Work cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Marketing, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and regulatory alignment.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Expert in Customer Relation, Customer Business Plan, Customer Development and Budgeting Management.
• Familiarity in Ms. Office.
• Familiarity in English, both oral and written
