Job Description

Corporate Advisory, Singapore
  • Advise SGX listed companies on compliance to listing rules, Code of Corporate Governance, Singapore Takeover Code, TCFD recommendations and sustainability frameworks.
  • Review SGX announcements – financial results, annual reports, sustainability reports, circulars for corporate transactions ranging from mergers & acquisitions, disposals, bond and warrant issuances, capital reduction, share consolidation, subdivision of shares, interested person transactions, business diversifications, general offers, and fundraising exercises including bond and warrants subscriptions and right issues.
  • Liaise with companies on regulatory requirements and waiver applications.
  • Carry out due diligence on directors, executive officers and professionals.

Requirements:
  • 2 - 6 years of professional experience
  • Expeirence advising Singapore-listed corporates
  • Corporate finance, valuations, advisory, law or restructuring/turnaround
  • Relevant professional qualification
