The Opportunity 
We are looking for an accomplished Corporate Administrator to join our Liquidations team as part of our financial services business in Grand Cayman.
The Cayman Islands is home to our global headquarters and where the Maples Group first established operations in the 1960s. Since then we have grown to become one of the largest employers in Cayman, where colleagues from all over the world collaborate to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide. As part of our Cayman team you will:
  • providing administration services, specifically coordinating execution of documents using DocuSign software
  • updating client databases, maintaining client files as well as other client and/or internal administrative responsibilities
  • assisting with the onboarding of clients
  • organising mail, sending couriers
  • saving/filing correspondence, documents, etc., into relevant electronic or physical client files
  • assisting in the invoicing process
  • assisting with ad-hoc projects, as required
 
What You Bring 
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
  • working towards an associates or bachelor’s degree with interest in business administration, finance or accounting
  • prior experience in the financial services industry would be beneficial
  • must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe and Outlook
  • excellent written communication and fluency in English is required and the ability to deal with people at various levels within the organization
