Our consulting firm is expanding, and we are looking for a Corporate Administrator who will operate as an outsourced consultant for our private-sector clients.
In this role, you will support multiple companies by managing their procurement documentation, government submissions, and grant or subsidy applicationsensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth workflows across all processes.
As a Corporate Administrator/Consultant, you will:
Support client companies with the preparation, review, and submission of procurement and tender documents
Complete and manage applications for grants, subsidies, and funding schemes
Ensure all client documentation meets governmental and regulatory requirements
Maintain organised records, compliance files, and submission schedules for multiple clients
Liaise directly with client teams, government authorities, and internal consultants
Provide ongoing administrative and compliance guidance as a trusted outsourced partner
Strong organisational and documentation skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
Confidence working with government portals, forms, and procurement documentation
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Experience in procurement, corporate administration, or grants management is a plus
