The Corporate Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to Bridges International’s corporate leadership team. This role serves as a central point of coordination across departments, ensuring efficient communication, organized workflows, and timely execution of corporate initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to corporate executives and senior leadership.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage meeting logistics (in-person and virtual).
- Draft, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate leadership, field operations, vendors, and external partners.
- Maintain corporate records, files, and confidential documents in accordance with organizational policies.
- Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups related to corporate initiatives and executive meetings.
- Support budgeting, purchasing, invoice processing, and expense reconciliation as assigned.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for executives.
- Assist with preparation for audits, inspections, board meetings, and compliance-related activities.
- Support special projects and cross-departmental initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-site organization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common office technology.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Experience in corrections, social services, nonprofit, or government-contracted environments is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
