PAY RANGE: $16 - $18 / hour
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Daily
Retrieve mail from post office during work hours and sort
First person to answer phones and wait on front counter – answer patron questions, take payments, greet and route guests/salesmen to proper person
Posting payments
Prepare intercompany mail bags for route truck and distribute intercompany mail from route truck
Count and balance location bank bags and make bank deposit
Deposit checks through CoBank and make two reports, one for Controller and one for vault w/cancelled checks
Organize cancelled checks from vault to storage
Retrieve cash deposits from Banterra and file receipts
Download and post payments from Virtual Terminal and create report
Download and post payments from MARS system and create report
Assist LP Dept in all daily functions
Assist Financing Dept in reporting and transactions
Handle delinquent accounts via phone
Purchase and process birthday cards and company monthly calendar
Purchase Walmart gift cards to send out with birthday cards
Coordinate and pick up birthday treats
File sales reports and work orders
Separate Bulk Fuel driver tickets and disperse to Inventory Specialist and Boles location
Word processing projects for General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Credit Manager, Controller and Human Resources Manager
Call in Estimated Tax Payment Confirmation for Controller
Assist with company events; coordinate meals, memos, flowers, etc.
Ordering and inventory control of office supplies and forms
Coordinate schedule for shredder box pick up
Coordinate special mailings
Coordinate Fed Ex and UPS shipping and distribute incoming deliveries
Schedule office meetings
Keep employee addresses and phone listings current and available
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Must be able to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
Must be able to travel independently.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
