We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Actions Team Lead to join our team in the Yarra Falls office. In this role, you as the Team Lead, will be responsible for leading team members to deliver on our service offerings by ensuring process adherence and project logistics are clearly understood, thoroughly planned, closely monitored, and accurately reported, while overseeing the successful execution of corporate actions. Working in collaboration with the Project Management team and the Corporate Actions Manager, you will ensure requirements are fully understood and effectively implemented, maintaining a strong focus on supporting and delivering end‑to‑end processes that drive efficiency.

In this role you will undertake full responsibility for service delivery, overseeing the team’s end‑to‑end processes to ensure accurate and timely outcomes for clients. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence and client trust in Computershare’s corporate actions services.
Some key responsibilities:
Collaborate internally and externally to ensure the successful day‑to‑day delivery of departmental activities and services, confirming that all client and regulatory requirements are met.
Ensure project delivery is of the highest quality to clients and internal stakeholders by ensuring Event Management is utilised and up to date.
Maintain an effective quality control framework to ensure regulatory requirements are consistently met, internal policies and procedures are accurately applied, and regular performance reviews and one on one sessions are undertaken
Drive continuous service improvements, supporting business growth and cost efficiencies through the implementation of new or more efficient processes, procedures, products, and technology, alongside risk mitigation and quality control initiatives.
Demonstrate agility and the ability to pivot effectively amongst shifting priorities, maintaining focus on delivering outcomes.
Demonstrate the ability to balance and integrate both client and operational objectives
Ability to build consensus among stakeholders to identify and implement the best solutions.
What will you bring to the role?
Experience in leading teams with applicable functional expertise.
Proven experience in project management and event / project coordination with a minimum experience in finance.
Understanding of the general concepts, various technologies, and metrics required to ensure successful day to daymanagement of this department.
Experience in business-focused leadership skills
Knowledge of Computershare’s products, customer markets, regulatory environments, processes, and technologies.
