Corporate Accounts Receivable (A/R) Manager
Location: Dayton, OH (On-site, Corporate Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accounts Receivable (A/R) Manager to join a growing, mid-sized senior care organization specializing in Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and Assisted Living
This is a key leadership role within our corporate finance team, responsible for overseeing the revenue cycle across multiple facilities and ensuring strong cash flow, clean billing processes, and timely collections.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Oversee A/R operations across multiple senior care facilities
- Monitor and manage aging reports (30/60/90+ days)
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay
- Lead efforts to reduce denials and improve collections
- Manage and support facility Business Office and A/R teams
- Work closely with Corporate Finance, Operations, and Clinical leadership
- Track reimbursement trends and identify areas for improvement
- Support audit readiness and compliance with CMS and payer regulations
- Help improve overall cash flow and revenue cycle performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in Senior Care (Skilled Nursing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing
- Experience managing or supporting A/R teams across multiple facilities
- Understanding of revenue cycle processes in long-term care
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Proficiency with EMR and billing systems (PointClickCare or similar preferred)
