THE ROLE

Join us as an Administrator within our Palletforce team.

The main purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for Palletforce Strategic accounts, resolving their problems or queries in an efficient and effective timescale. Ensure that service levels are monitored and standards are maintained.

THE SALARY:

£26,538.48 per annum

SHIFT DETAILS:

Monday to Friday between 8Am - 6PM with flexibility to cover

WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED:

This role will be based at our offices in Burton upon Trent, DE14 2SY.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

• To be polite and professional at all times, being aware of the environment you work in
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office, in particular Excel, and other specified software
• Proactive and able to work independently or part of a team in a busy environment
• Able to resolve customer complaints in an appropriate manner
• Trustworthy and accountable
• Open and approachable

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and enquiries
• Processing discrepancies effectively and efficiently
• Investigating and solving complex or long standing issues
• Keeping accurate records of discussions
• Build and maintain customer and depot relationships
• Produce a variety of reports and KPIs using a high level of accuracy
• General administration/filing duties
