Job Category: AccountingThe Corporate Accountant is responsible for full-charge accounting functions primarily for our Property Management Company, and assist with other Corporate entities. This role supports accurate financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and analysis while working collaboratively with Accounting, property management, and company leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Code invoices and review accounts payable (A/P) activity for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare billings (A/R) to Corporate customers.
• Review, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Analyze actual versus budget variances and prepare written variance explanations.
• Ensure compliance with property management agreements.
• Special projects as assigned by the Sr Corporate Accountant, Controller, and/or CFO.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
