Location This is a field based role, offering a combination of being able to work in the field, remotely and from our Oslo office when needed.
The Opportunity
As a Corporate Account Manager at RS Components, you will strategically manage a portfolio of corporate customers, ensuring effective deployment of national contracts and consistent execution across all sales districts. You will work closely with field sellers, ADRs, and local stakeholders to drive revenue, strengthen customer engagement, and expand RS’s presence within targeted vertical markets.
Your role includes developing and implementing tailored account plans, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with agreed terms. You will analyse customer needs, assess potential, and introduce value‑added solutions to increase share of wallet. Through strong collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, you will execute initiatives that accelerate customer growth and maximise business results.
