• Develop and execute commercial strategies to support business growth and performance.
• Analyse sales, customer and market data to identify opportunities and risks.

Your Talents

• At least 5 years of experience in all aspects of Sales and Marketing with at least 4 years of experience in medical device company in leadership position desirable.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business Management (MBA preferred).
• Considerable experience of channel management and distribution.
• High degree of product and industry knowledge (especially for own specialties and business).
• Strong business and financial acumen, number orientation.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills.
• Highly people development focused.
• Ability to deal with and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
