Baptist Health is looking for a Corp IT Project Manager to join our team! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN
The Corporate IT Project Manager will work as a member of a team to manage multiple individual IT projects which are part of an overall Corporate IT Project Portfolio. Projects could range in size from a single hospital department application to an enterprise system affecting 9+ hospitals and providers in the Baptist Health System. The IT Project Manager will work with various Baptist Health departments and third-party vendors to track/manage deliverables according to the project schedule. The Project Manager may also interface with clinical personnel and installation technicians to ensure project goals are met according to the department and or clinical needs.
The Project Manager will own recording and maintaining the data needed to track all meetings and project items throughout completion of the project in the ServiceNow Project & Portfolio Management System. May require management of software vendors, program and project implementation strategy, project planning, and oversight of vendors and project teams associated with each deployment. Incumbent may work with BH Legal to ensure that all contracts have been reviewed prior to being accepted. This position will have indirect management responsibilities of IT support and contract staff. Requires the ability to provide direction, communicate, plan and set priorities with leadership and management staff at the system and local level.
