Job Description

Implement company’s supplier compliance program. Work with internal business partners to ensure compliance with foreign, federal, state and local regulations. Track/analyze compliance data for risk management. Develop supplier risk assessments, audit protocols and corrective action plans as needed. Generate reports. Alert stakeholders of compliance violations that may impede the business process. Collaborate with ESS compliance team to ensure complete/accurate supplier records and required documentation. Support an exceptional supplier experience to enable business success. Work under the supervision of the Manager Supplier Compliance in a fluid, fast paced, and ever-changing business environment. • Implement standard operating procedures; recommend policy changes for continuous improvement
• Ensure supplier data is up-to-date and required compliance documentation and audit results are uploaded/maintained in supplier database
• Maintain current knowledge of supplier compliance standards, trends and benchmarks in the industry
• Prioritize work based on risk analysis and impact to the business
• Extract/manipulate supplier data for standardized and customized reports/requests
• Analyze data to identify risks; initiate audits for proactive risk management
• Provide consultation to suppliers identified “at risk” of non-compliance
• Develop corrective action plans for compliance violations; follow-up on supplier corrections
• Identify supplier challenges and engage in critical thinking to resolve complex, multifaceted problems
• Develop dashboard metrics; prepare metrics/reports to provide status updates for FSVP
• Facilitate supplier onboarding/offboarding; managing exceptions, communication/internal Q&A
• Manage/prioritize escalation issues from the Supplier Engagement Group
• Engage in user acceptance testing for new releases/system enhancements
• Respond to supplier compliance inquiries

Minimum

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• 2+ years of intermediate experience in data analysis using standard tools
• Strong analytical skills; ability to retrieve information, identify, quantify and leverage data to support decisions
• Ability prioritize/troubleshoot errors
• Excellent oral/written communication/presentation skills; strong attention to detail
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office; willingness to advance skills in Excel and Access

Desired

• Any experience in a supplier management organization; quality, compliance, data management experience
• Any experience in supplier information systems, searching, retrieving, extracting data
• Any experience in Agile or other project management methodologies
• Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling oral/written communications and presentations
• Advanced skills in Excel/Access
