Job Description

Work as an integral member of the Enterprise Supplier Solutions (ESS) team to ensure a complete and accurate record of suppliers. Track supplier data and provide standardized reports while proactively alerting business stakeholders of elements that could potentially impede business process. Solve problems according to Standard Operating Procedures. Provide communication expertise for the ESS team by distributing reports, responding to inquiries and keeping appropriate internal websites updated. Handle informational and routine communications between suppliers and internal stakeholders, while supporting an exceptional supplier experience and enabling business success. Work under the supervision of an Enterprise Supplier Solutions Manager in a fluid, fast paced, and ever-changing business environment. • Collect/validate data from internal systems and supplier sources
• Maintain accurate, current supplier data and contact information
• Collect/monitors pre-determined data points for supplier compliance
• Pull archive data and documents for audits and litigation
• Engage in user acceptance testing for new releases and system enhancements
• Implement database attribute changes
• Analyze and execute the process of merging duplicate vendor records
• Prepare metrics and regular status updates for FSVP vendors
• Remediate identified data quality errors; communicate errors to supplier application support
• Assign decommissioned DUNs numbers
• Manage process and communication for expired supplier documents
• Run reports to prioritize work and follow-up on expired documents
• Generate/distribute standardized reports that monitor supplier compliance/performance
• Monitor and follow-up on rebates and contract triggers
• Maintain historical supplier activity and information for compliance in Supplier Hub
• Respond promptly to inquiries; manage incoming/outgoing communication; maintain information on supplier websites
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
• Preform due diligence actions (background checks, 3rd party auditors, onsite inspections) regarding supplier risk as directed by Manager
• Implement necessary corrective actions for suppliers as a result of due diligence and report results of corrective actions to Manager

Minimum

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis using standard analysis tools
• Excellent oral/written communication skills; strong attention to detail
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office and willingness to develop advanced skills in Excel/Access
• Analytical skills; ability to retrieve information, identify, quantify and leverage data
• Problem-solving skills to prioritize and troubleshoot errors

Desired

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Management, Data Analytics or related field
• Any experience in a supplier organization with aspects of data governance quality, compliance, or data management
• Any experience in supplier information systems and supplier compliance
• Any experience in Agile methodology and ERP systems
• Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling oral and written communications and presentations
• Advanced skills in Excel and Access
