Corporate Audit is offering a secondment for a professional interested in expanding their enterprise-wide perspective of Pfizer and strengthening accounting and advisory skills. This assignment is designed to support career development through exposure to global financial audit activities, risk management, and senior‑leader engagement.
The secondee will join a global Corporate Audit team and contribute to financial and SOX‑related audits, gaining insight into how risks and controls are assessed across Pfizer’s global operations.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
Build hands‑on experience in financial auditing, SOX compliance, and internal controls
Strengthen understanding of enterprise risk management and governance
Learn how Corporate Audit partners with management to drive risk awareness and control improvement

QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Applicant must have a BA/BS with 4+ years of experience; OR MBA/MS with 2+ years of experience.
Nice-to-Have
MBA/MS with 2+ years of experience.
PhD or JD with 0+ years of experience.

Secondment 6-12 months
If you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function of the position for 12 months or longer, you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the non-driving secondment. Please refer to the Fleet Policy and Procedures document for more information.
There will be no change to your current work location.
Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
Note: This secondment offers a valuable opportunity for professional growth. It will need to be funded by the secondee’s home market.
