CORE Senior Solution Architect (SAP BTP & S/4HANA) (all genders)

It aims to develop and introduce an end-to-end (e2e) business, enabled by a state-of-the art and resilient technical backbone which enables Bayer to deliver a seamless experience for our customers, suppliers and employees.CORE is a multi-year, strategic Business-led, IT-enabled global program that will facilitate our transformational journey. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and drive the design, review, and governance of end-to-end technical solutions that integrate SAP S/4 and BTP, ensuring scalability, performance, and security while considering multi-dimensional system landscape design
• Lead a community of practice and provide guidance and best practices for leveraging SAP S/4 and BTP capabilities to address business challenges and opportunities, considering systems architecture
• Manage development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designed solutions, providing technical oversight and support as needed
• Stay up to date and drive education and training on SAP S/4 and BTP features, enhancements, and best practices to inform solution design and architecture decisions, particularly in the context of systems architecture and multi-dimensional system landscape design
• Assess new technologies and tools that align with SAP S/4 and BTP capabilities, considering their effects on systems architecture and multi-dimensional system landscape design, with particular attention to AI, automation, and integration technologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP S/4 and BTP

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience
• You have extensive experience as Solution Architect in the context of SAP BTP, SAP S/4, and large-scale transformation programs
• You bring strong technical skills in SAP S/4 and BTP, with the ability to develop and communicate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders
• You have proven experience with integration methodologies and cloud architecture for enterprise solutions
• You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
• You collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, supported by strong communication and interpersonal skills
• SAP certification in S/4 HANA or BTP is preferred
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus
