This position is essential to lead the Bonds migration project for LM (Local Market) countries. This is a Consent Order Project, requiring the migration of native risk calculations from eDealer to the Strategic XCS Platform within Simpliciti

Brief description of the role:
This is a critical role to lead the Bonds migration project for LM countries, specifically for the Consent Order initiative. The Senior Lead will collaborate with various stakeholders across teams to ensure timely project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing various measures for Bonds, and for publishing risk data to Rates Data, CRMR, XRS, and other partner systems. The candidate will also lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. In addition to onboarding Consent Order (CO) eligible countries, the role requires completing the migration for over 60 other LM countries, transitioning Bonds Risk calculations to the XCS Pipeline.
