As a Senior Product Associate within the Core Experience team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer needs and market trends through user research and discovery
  • Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and shape feature opportunities
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics (e.g., time-to-deliver, cost, quality) across the product development life cycle
  • Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Synthesize customer feedback and research findings into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned to roadmap outcomes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage dependencies, readiness, and delivery milestones across the life cycle
  • Support post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement by surfacing insights, defining follow-ups, and tracking impact

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Ability to translate customer needs and research into clear requirements, epics, and user stories
  • Ability to define, monitor, and communicate product performance using meaningful metrics and insights
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, engineering, data, operations) to deliver outcomes
  • Ability to think end-to-end about product changes, anticipating impacts across channels, journeys, and stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • User research (journey mapping, market analysis) to inform roadmaps
  • Structured problem solving; agile delivery with engineering (build/launch/iterate)
  • Experimentation & optimization (A/B tests, measurement); track delivery + customer outcome metrics
  • Strong writing (requirements, updates); support GTM (release planning, enablement, docs, feedback loops)
