Salary Range AED 6,000

Supporting overall responsibility of technical, administrative, installation, commissioning, integration and testing related to Core & EMD Projects implementation as per contractual specifications.

Support for planning, prioritization and assignment of targets and tasks to entire Core Deployment team (Core & EMD)

Support to provide professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned Functions.

Key Responsibilities

Reviews the progress of projects with concerned Engineering sections contractors/ vendors/ suppliers

Attending the Site survey and understand the requirements

Oversees the resolution of major issues/ concerns that adversely impact project quality and schedule

Highlighting the project issues

Bears overall responsibility for all activities related to hardware installation, system cabling/ wiring and software loading as well as verification of features and functions

Oversees and bears overall responsibility for the handover of the complete system to Network Operations.

Keeps up and maintains good working relationships with other Engineering sections to ensure effective coordination and infrastructure support.

Proposes changes and modifications of procedures for smooth project implementation, and better utilization of manpower and resources to achieve higher reliability as well as efficiency.

Compiles and presents technical/ operational reports for superiors as required.

Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education
  Diploma or Bachelors degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience
  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecom deployment or a similar role.
  Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time.
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of core telecom equipment installation and configuration.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and quality assurance processes in telecom projects.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software.
  • Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Requirements

• Strong background on network topology related to core services.
• Knowledge of Engineering /Manufacturers manuals, standards and procedures.
