Key Responsibilities:
Core back-end Java development (no UI focus)
Work in financial services domain (banks, trading firms, etc.)
Develop API-based applications using Core Java
Work in product-oriented delivery model with cross-functional pods
Participate in Agile 2-week sprint cycles
Contribute to design discussions and implementation decisions
Required Skills:
Strong Core Java development experience
Financial services domain experience required
API development experience
Multithreading experience
Unit testing experience
Understanding of automation frameworks
Unix experience (plus)
Cucumber or similar automation tools experience
Jenkins experience
Ansible / CI-CD tools experience
Strong independent contributor mindset
