The Policy Issuance Offshore Support II role is responsible for performing intermediate-level policy documentation and processing tasks in support of underwriting and client servicing functions. This position ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of policy documents and endorsements, while adhering to established company standards and regulatory requirements. The role operates under moderate supervision and contributes to process efficiency, quality control, and service level agreements within a shared service or offshore operations model.

• Review underwriting instructions and prepare policy documents accurately according to established guidelines.
• Validate coverage details, limits, and premium data against source systems for accuracy prior to issuance.
• Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in alignment with compliance and company standards.
• Collaborate with onshore teams to resolve discrepancies and fulfill document requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update policy records in core processing systems to ensure data integrity.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times for policy issuance and related workflows.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps or inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit controls for all policy documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in insurance policy processing, issuance, or related operational support roles.
• Familiarity with property and casualty insurance products and terminology.
• Experience working in shared services, BPO, or offshore delivery environments is beneficial.
• Proficiency in policy administration systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy documents.
• Ability to interpret and apply underwriting instructions and guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across distributed teams.
• Time management and organizational skills to meet SLAs and multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving aptitude to address discrepancies or data issues promptly.
