Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Copywriter Consultant, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, delivering expert content creation within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in transforming the Marketing & Communication department, placing content at the heart of its strategy.
• Translate briefings into high-value content aligned with content pillars and business objectives for the assigned segment.
• Produce and optimize content for all channels (articles, emails, social media, videos, scripts, UX copy, etc.), ensuring consistency with tone of voice, guidelines, and segment expectations.
• Create and optimize content for SEO/GEO to guarantee visibility in search results, AI Overviews, and LLM responses. Apply best practices and guidelines, use Surfer SEO, and enrich content to increase authority.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to accelerate research, writing, and multichannel adaptation while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Audiovisual Experts to adapt stories into videos, carousels, or short formats.
• Work closely with a Dutch-speaking Storyteller, translating/adapting texts into French.
• Propose concrete optimizations based on content performance (traffic, engagement, CTR, SOV, conversions).
• Ensure regulatory compliance of content (B2, non-misleading commercial communication, anti-greenwashing).

Requirements:

• French: Excellent knowledge – native level, expert writing skills.
• Dutch: Very good passive knowledge – able to adapt and translate texts, understand briefings, and interact in meetings.
• English: Good knowledge – able to translate and adapt texts from English to French, and use English sources.
• Bachelor or Master in communication, journalism, marketing, languages, literature, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Storyteller.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent editorial skills and clarity.
• Ability to write attractive and accessible texts for all formats/channels (SoMe posts, emails, articles, speeches, scripts, web pages, white papers, e-books, case studies).
• Ability to use AI tools for research, writing, optimization, and translation.
• Good understanding of marketing funnels and Customer Journeys (Campaign Journeys, Digital Journeys).
• Ability to interpret performance indicators (engagement, reach, CTR, SOV).

Professional Experience:

• Journalistic background, experience in writing thought leadership and/or technical content.
• Experience in SEO optimization.
• Experience in GEO optimization (preferred).
• Experience with the Private Banking segment (preferred).
• Experience in the banking or financial sector (preferred).
